Fund valuation
The valuation of portfolio investments is a crucial reporting tool for current and prospective investors (and other fund stakeholders).
We can assist private equity/venture capital funds with the valuation of portfolio assets, using a wide variety of valuation techniques. We use the International Valuation Guidelines which are endorsed by most Private Equity associations.
We are able to provide a completely independent service, or provide technical support to the funds’ internal finance function. We are involved in the M&A and private equity markets and are able to use this experience to identify realistic variables which can be used in the valuations.
We are members of the BVCA and the ICAEW valuations faculty.
