Tax Plus - Pre Budget Report 2007 special

Alistair Darling delivered his eagerly awaited first Pre Budget Report on Tuesday 9 October 2007. Amongst the highlights the Chancellor announced that growth forecasts would be cut, as would inheritance tax for couples and that there would be a crackdown on the non-domiciled rich.
