Mercer & Hole Partner, Lisa Spearman is presenting a ‘Residence and Domicile Revisited’ webinar to the ICAEW Tax Faculty on 25 May 2017.
Her presentation features a reminder of the The Residence Test, domicile factors, tax rules and their current status, as well as points for practitioners and considerations for future actions.
Lisa is a Private Client Partner at Mercer & Hole with over 25 years’ experience of advising high net worth individuals. Her skill at tax planning, together with her knowledge of capital gains tax and inheritance tax matters, allows her to advise on a broad range of tax and trust issues. Lisa is an acknowledged expert on the tax consequences of offshore trusts, and residence and domicile issues, leads Mercer & Hole’s specialist team that focuses on non UK domiciled clients.
