He has extensive knowledge (both commercial and financial) of company acquisitions, and has the direct experience of over 40 deals, ranging from the acquisition of small family businesses to multi-million trade purchases by listed Plc’s.
He is involved with venture capital and other smaller private equity providers, and is able to add significant value to transactions in this sector. He spends the majority of his time undertaking Financial Due Diligence, but is also involved in company valuations and the preparation of financial models.
Julian spends his spare time with his wife and son, which leaves no time for hobbies!
