Caroline joined Mercer and Hole in February 2006 having previously been an appointment taking associate director at Smith & Williamson.

Caroline is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and has over twenty five years experience of working across a wide range of industries and in all forms of insolvency procedure for both businesses and individuals. She has particular expertise in providing recovery support to the hotel and leisure, computer and high-tech, aviation, manufacturing and service industries. Most recently she has taken a lead in providing advice to individuals on IVA’s through the firms Relief 4 Debt website.

Caroline chairs the Technical Committee for the Restructuring and Insolvency departments and regularly writes articles and gives presentations.

Caroline enjoys spending her leisure time with her partner and their three young children.
