HR Officer – St Albans
A self-motivated, flexible and professional individual is sought to provide HR expertise to both fee-earning and support functions. With a positive and people-centric approach you must have experience of handling a range of employee relations issues, recruitment, training and development and the ability to build strong working relationships and communicate across all levels. IT literacy is key and ideally you will be adept in the use of an HRIS and psychometrics.
You will be based in the St Albans office however regular travel to our other offices in London, Milton Keynes and Northampton will require you to have a full clean driving licence and use of a car.

Corporate Tax Manager – St Albans
We require a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser with significant post-qualification experience of working within a mixed tax department of an accountancy practice. A high standard of written and verbal communication skills is essential.
The main duties will involve the management of the compliance cycle and the provision of tax advice to a variety of owner-managed companies and businesses and will include some or all of the following:
- Management of the office’s compliance work
- Staff management
- Controlling costs and budgets
- Providing support to the Partners in advising clients on tax planning opportunities
- Providing support to the Partners on practice development

Insolvency Senior Administrator – St Albans
Successful candidates are likely to have 2-3 years experience of insolvency administration experience, enabling them to manage their own caseload. Preference will be given to those studying or intending to study for the CPI or ACCA, and good organizational and communication skills are essential. Mainly reporting to the Senior Manager, duties will involve the general administration management of administrations; members and creditors voluntary liquidations, compulsory liquidations; company and individual voluntary arrangements; bankruptcies; and informal arrangements.

Audit Manager – London EC4
We require an ACA or ACCA qualified individual with post qualification experience to be responsible for managing a caseload in London. Reporting directly to partners duties will include; planning, supervision and review of audit and accounts cases; keeping clients statutory records up to date at companies house; assisting staff with technical accounting and auditing problems; assisting in the generation of business for the audit function; audit of accounts for a variety of companies including group accounts; preparation of business tax computations; the above includes day to day supervision of junior staff as appropriate.

Corporation Tax Senior – Milton Keynes
An ideal opportunity exists for someone looking for high quality, varied work, with some client-facing involvement.
