HR Officer – St Albans

A self-motivated, friendly and professional individual is sought to provide HR expertise to both fee-earning and support functions in a top 50 Accountancy Firm.

With a positive and people-focussed approach you must have experience of handling a range of employee relations issues, recruitment, training and development and the ability to build strong working relationships and communicate across all levels. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, willing
to take ownership and be confident in dealing with a
range of different people.

You must have attained or be studying towards the CIPD qualification. IT literacy is key and ideally you will be adept in the use of an HRIS and psychometrics.

You will be the HR Officer in a small team reporting to the HR Manager and you will be expected to take responsibility for certain areas within the function and bring your own ideas and work experience to the role
