HMRC offer email help
HMRC is offering small and medium-sized businesses the opportunity to sign up to receive regular emails giving help and support. The new service is primarily aimed at those who are new to business, either setting up or expanding.
The process of signing up is straightforward. HMRC do not ask for any personal information apart from name, email address and telephone number.
When a business signs up, it will receive about six emails signposting a range of help available. The advice available includes videos, interactive tools, factsheets and online presentations or webinars but will not provide answers to specific questions.
