On 5 July 2012 the Charity Commission updated its guidance, ‘Reporting Serious Incidents – guidance for trustees’. This now includes references to the Charities Act 2011 and the Finance Act 2011. It also covers The Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 which when introduced will bring in some key changes.
The update replaces the guidance produced in June 2010.
