Mercer & Hole end their cricket season with a win against Taylor Walton

On a glorious summer night in Harpenden Mercer & Hole rounded off their cricket season with an impressive win against Taylor Walton solicitors.
Restricting the hosts to a total of 119 off 20 overs, mainly down to some impressive bowling from Jack Reyland, Ed Thompson and Simon Coggins and some smart catches from Indy Agnihotri, Mercer & Hole set about their business of chasing their runs with great urgency.
Simon Emery, Costas Pavlou, Garry Picker and Simon Coggins all hit rapid 20s to accelerate Mercer & Hole's total and eventually win the match with a few overs to spare.
A celebratory barbecue followed by drinks in the club house rounded off a most enjoyable evening.
