All eyes will be on the Chancellor, George Osborne in the House of Commons as he delivers his Budget 2012 statement at 12.30pm on Wednesday 21 March 2012. It will be the Chancellor's third Budget statement and falls on the final Wednesday before Parliament's Easter break.
